Rocky View Schools is seeking a Support Substitute Receptionist/Learning Commons Facilitator to join our team on a casual basis. As a Support Substitute, you will provide administrative support and facilitate learning in our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide receptionist services, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Facilitate learning in the learning commons, including supervising students and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student learning
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in office administration and/or library services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis
