About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Head to join our team at ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our product development initiatives and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Product Managers to identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and propose product development initiatives, working closely with internal technical resources, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of existing product lines, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Conceptualize, assess, and define projects encompassing hardware, firmware, and software, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Estimate budgets, resources, and skills required to validate and productize corporate initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their skills and take ownership of assigned activities.
  • Build and maintain business relationships essential to the success of the project.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on Power Systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electric power systems, with a strong understanding of industry practices and philosophies.
  • Ability to compile and assess information from various sources to develop actionable development specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and business software skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Background check results satisfactory to ERLPhase.
  • A valid driver's license and a passport.
