Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandise returns.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
