As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and service plans to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Manage client interactions, including scheduling and leading calls, to ensure high-quality service and drive business growth.
  • Own all client conversations with secondary stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure clients leverage their membership by delivering exceptional service and driving renewal and future sales.
  • Manage and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of client interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations.
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of our CRM to ensure accurate account details and contact information.
  • Actively seek to increase product knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the IT Research and Advisory market.
  • Experience working as part of a team an asset.

  • Planning & Organization: Set daily schedules, plan territory, and set plans for account growth.
  • Time management: Managing the client lifecycle; scheduling calls; able to prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Goal setting: Sets own goals around conversations that demonstrates a commitment to professional development.
  • Active listening: Able to identify client needs; asks great questions & listens.
