Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ParetoFM. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including Pareto teams and specialist service partners, to deliver high-quality services across multiple sites.
  • Conduct weekly operational briefings with clients to discuss challenges and opportunities, and document minutes for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly strategic reviews to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Act as the senior point of decision-making for the team and key point of escalation to ensure client freedom to manage at a strategic level.
  • Manage core subcontractors effectively, ensuring they operate in line with specifications and deliver value for money.
  • Complete quarterly audit reviews with subcontractors, including SLA scoring.
  • Provide support for large-scale projects across the portfolio.
Essential Criteria:
  • Recent and relevant FM experience.
  • Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfortable challenging poor standards or behavior and implementing change.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvements.
