As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and service plans to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships, including scheduling calls and meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and service strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- University degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
