About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SB FLOWER WHOLESALE COMPANY LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, with experience in data entry, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
