Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Manufacturing professional to lead our teams in Ontario and Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of improving productivity, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and sustain manufacturing technologies to drive operational excellence and a safety culture.
  • Set and execute goals to improve productivity, capacity utilization, delivery performance, and resource utilization.
  • Provide operational training and leadership through positive and enthusiastic role modeling.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set departmental goals aligned with organizational strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance in assigned areas through collaboration with teams to coordinate company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee management of all company-owned facilities.
  • Stay current on new and current manufacturing techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of operational and manufacturing experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Post-secondary education related to Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • High level of manufacturing expertise with direct experience leading Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software systems to optimize data combined with inventory management.
