Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. This role involves managing a team and ensuring optimal sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide staff including apprentices and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Plan and create both permanent and temporary displays for various exhibitions.
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize returns of merchandise.
  • Establish work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in selling merchandise directly.
  • Compile reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Maintain organized inventory records.
  • Coordinate activities among team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
