Licensed Vocational Nurse - On-Call

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients in their homes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care under the guidelines of the state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
  • Provide nursing services in accordance with agency protocols and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Recognize and report any changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses with procedures as required by the patient's needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six (6) months recent work experience as an LVN, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as an LVN in the state of employment.
  • Satisfactory references and completion of agency-specific qualifying exams.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of a background check and TB test.
