As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service, connect with customers, and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals, continually expand product knowledge, and make informed product recommendations for every customer's needs.
  • Team Involvement: Develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge, actively participate in teamwork, and foster a sense of belonging by promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines, and ensure company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
