We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent at Deerhurst Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, assisting guests with booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with booking reservations, including room selection and rate confirmation
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and promotions
- Process guest payments and handle any issues that may arise
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
