Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technology: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a hybrid environment.
