Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Climate Action & Reporting Director to support RBI's global sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sustainability, this role will play a key part in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, particularly in the areas of climate action, greenhouse gas (GHG) management, emissions reductions, and sustainable sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies focused on climate action, GHG management, emissions reductions, and sustainable sourcing practices across RBI's global operations.
  • Manage and oversee project implementation within RBI's sustainability plan, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Track progress and provide comprehensive reporting on sustainability commitments to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Represent RBI in external sustainability collaborations and manage relationships with key stakeholders to advance our sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG issues, and relevant industry best practices.
  • Proven project management expertise with a track record of successfully delivering complex sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sustainability or related fields within the food service industry or a comparable sector.
