Job Summary

Pembina Vapes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the overall store environment, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
