Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, addressing customer complaints, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and maintaining attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
