About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHIVJI HINTON LUBE & WASH LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and pricing strategies.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork
