Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal store presentation.
    • Manage the return and exchange process, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
