Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at UNION GENERAL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Production and Operations
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on the worksite.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Able to work accurately and efficiently.
    • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexible and reliable with a strong team player attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
