Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable General Supervisor to join our team at Hnd Construction Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire workers, and conduct related staffing actions.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
