About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Prairie Singh Bistro. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
    • Serve food and beverages, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education and Training
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Food and Beverage Server Training.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. A valid Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate are required.
