About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Professional to join our team at Prairie Singh Bistro. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering any questions they may have.
    • Serve food and beverages, taking care to ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
    • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Certifications
    • Food and Beverage Server Training.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

Prairie Singh Bistro is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. As a Food Service Professional, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
