Dining Room Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Prairie Singh Bistro. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Food and Beverage Service
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering any questions they may have.
  • Serve food and beverages, taking care to ensure that everything is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
• Customer Service
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
• Table Management
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, ensuring that the dining area is always clean and tidy.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that customers are served in a timely manner and that the dining area is always well-organized.
• Teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met and that the dining area is always well-organized.

• Education
