Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Drifters Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making them feel valued and appreciated.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide information about menu items, including daily specials and wine selection, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
