Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and be tasked with the following:
  • Address guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Serve a variety of beverages in accordance with regulations
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of menu items and available products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times
  • Resolve any issues or concerns by following established procedures
  • Deliver Food and Beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Adhere to grooming and hygiene standards
  • Comply with all security, fire, and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Positive demeanor and strong communication abilities
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • High standards of grooming and appearance
  • Ability to adapt to various work situations and collaborate effectively in teams
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the Food and Beverage sector
  • Competence in cash handling
  • Understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations
