Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at INDIAN HEAD ESSO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, and implementing price and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Green job with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
