Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at INDIAN HEAD ESSO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, and implementing price and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Implement price and credit policies to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demand.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.
