Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at INDIAN HEAD ESSO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, and implementing price and credits policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and organize daily activities to meet sales targets and customer needs
  • Implement price and credits policies to maximize revenue and minimize losses
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demand
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations
  • Green job that involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work
