About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Indian Head Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Assess the performance of our sales team and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Implement Price and Credits Policies

Ensure that all sales and promotions are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale

Source and purchase high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses

Develop and manage budgets to ensure that sales and revenue targets are met while controlling costs.

Resolve Issues that May Arise

Address customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other challenges that may impact sales and customer satisfaction.

Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers

Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Oversee the performance of office and volunteer staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
