Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 836847 Yukon Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory system.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Health care plan.

Our retail store is located in an urban area, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:35 hours per week.
