Fort Royal Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is always stocked with the necessary products.
**Requirements**
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
