Job Summary
Associated Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Water Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our water resources group, you will be responsible for managing complex water infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple water infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure project alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
- Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with EGBC or a technologist with ASTTBC.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in the water or wastewater sector.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Committed team player and highly motivated.
- Self-motivated and looking for career advancement.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel within Canada.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $85,280.00 to $135,200.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
