Framing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Framing Manager to lead our custom framing team in OKOTOKS, AB. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving custom framing sales, assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions, and leading a team of framers to achieve sales and production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of framers to achieve sales and production targets
- Develop and coach team members to improve selling behaviors and customer service skills
- Plan and execute workload to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time
- Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Partner with Store Manager to execute company programs and policies
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members
- Participate in performance management activities and talent development initiatives
- Interact with customers, provide solutions, and acknowledge their needs
- Assist with omnichannel processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Basic computer skills
- Previous custom framing experience is preferred
- Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team are assets
- Ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves
Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
