Overview

Klass Capital is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead its marketing and growth initiatives. This executive role is integral to the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and is responsible for shaping the comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving revenue growth.

The CMO will oversee all facets of the marketing division, including digital outreach, content strategy, public relations, event management, and brand positioning. A key focus will be on enhancing customer acquisition and retention strategies while fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a holistic marketing and growth strategy.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team to optimize revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Align marketing strategies with organizational goals to enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic insights on marketing initiatives.
  • Drive brand evolution through a multi-channel marketing approach.
  • Implement and execute marketing and communication plans for both internal and external audiences.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting systems to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the development of B2B partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Create and execute a robust strategy for member acquisition and engagement.
  • Explore new revenue opportunities and market segments.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop government relations strategies to navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • Ensure effective prioritization of product offerings to enhance competitiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a minimum of 7 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in public speaking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
