Position Overview:

Triton Digital, a leading global provider of technology and services for the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio sectors, is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to become an integral part of its executive leadership team.

As a pivotal member of Triton's management cadre, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's comprehensive marketing strategy on a global scale.

This position will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, collaborating closely with senior leadership, while overseeing a dedicated marketing team of three professionals.

Your role will be crucial in fostering the ongoing success and expansion of the organization by delivering innovative solutions that empower broadcasters, podcasters, and online music platforms to enhance their audience reach, optimize revenue streams, and streamline operational efficiencies.

We seek a dedicated, high-energy, and forward-thinking individual with extensive experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing division at Triton Digital, encompassing the overall marketing strategy, planning, execution of growth initiatives, and brand messaging to maximize global awareness, adoption, and utilization of Triton's offerings.
  • Craft product messaging that emphasizes our value proposition, key benefits, and features through engaging narratives for sales materials, e-books, case studies, presentations, and collateral.
  • Establish the marketing process, including inbound, outbound, and demand generation, while overseeing its daily execution. Manage the design and implementation of promotional campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and international marketing efforts to enhance the sales pipeline, expedite deals, and elevate product visibility.
  • Supervise social media channels, content marketing, and paid advertising initiatives, including SEM and SEO.
  • Oversee our public relations agency and thought leadership initiatives, including press releases, bylines, awards, and executive speaking engagements.
  • Simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Events play a significant role in Triton's marketing strategy; you will manage the successful execution of over 15 event sponsorships globally.
  • Build, manage, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and applying best practices in people, process, and organizational management.
  • Assist the senior management team and HR in drafting and disseminating internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the advertising technology and programmatic solutions sectors.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful global B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong domain knowledge of audio and/or the programmatic advertising ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and employee development capabilities.
  • Proficient in business English with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design.
  • A strong sense of adaptability and flexibility; comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones with a geographically diverse team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
