Commercial Business Development Associate VP

CWB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Business Development Associate VP to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large, diversified commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve targeted business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with product partners to develop and deliver customized solutions
- Manage and mitigate risk to ensure business performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
- At least 8 years of commercial banking experience with a focus on mid-market commercial lending and adjudication
- Strong financial statement analysis and risk mitigation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
