At Alberta Pensions Services Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Organizational Development Consultant to join our Human Resources and Organizational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving organizational change and development initiatives that support our strategic priorities.

About the Role

The Organizational Development Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering organizational development programs that enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and change management capabilities.
  • Providing coaching and facilitation services to support the development of high-performing teams and individuals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing change management plans and strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience providing organizational development and internal consultation and facilitation in a complex organization.
  • Certification in change and transition management, project management, executive coaching, or personality assessment administration.
  • Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation, or organizational effectiveness.
