Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash receipts, processing invoices, and resolving customer account issues.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile cash receipts, ensuring accurate and timely posting to the general ledger
- Manage and resolve customer account issues, including delinquent accounts and billing discrepancies
- Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our accounting system
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
