We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Butcher to join our team at Delight Street Eats Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Butcher will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for our customers, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut and trim meat to customer specifications
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
The Retail Butcher will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a retail butcher or meat cutting role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
