About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the food service department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
