Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Receive, prioritize, and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Manage client requests and ensure seamless service delivery, including new client onboarding, service changes, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor service quality, prepare monthly service agreement reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and generate reports on client data and transactions.
- Produce and validate special service requests with precision.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve issues, complete transactions, and support clients with contract management.
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Possess knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounts, debits, and credits.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve operational processes.
- Perform other tasks related to exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
- Strong team player with a proven history of collaboration and teamwork.
- Preferred: Experience or knowledge in cash management and secure transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient in various software applications (e.g., Freshdesk).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
