About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Garuda Enterprises Inc. as a Head Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary guidance and leadership to our kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stocked efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
