We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at 1996809 ALBERTA LTD. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and we require our Office Receptionist to be able to work independently and as part of a team. Public transportation is available.
What We Offer:- Temporary Work Term: 35 hours per week.
