Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eldorado Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and implement operational improvements.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset.
- Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset.
- WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Extreme organization in a fast-paced environment with the ability to act as a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
