We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant Lead to join our team at Kinton Ramen Kelowna. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for serving food and beverage items as ordered, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our kitchen staff and servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverage items as ordered
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Communication skills in English; Japanese is considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
