Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset
  • Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset
  • WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Extreme organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Serving It Right certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
