Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eldorado Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and implement marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset.
- Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset.
- WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
