- You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing store business results by creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
- Providing a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration within the store and district.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager and other team members.
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
- Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Openness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
