About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gittens, de Beer & Associates. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Greets clients and visitors, and directs them to the appropriate staff member or area.
    • Provides information and assistance to clients and the public, both in person and over the phone.
    • Manages the switchboard and telephone system, ensuring that calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support
    • Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assists with scheduling appointments and confirming client meetings.
    • Prepares and sends invoices and other correspondence as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provides exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolves client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with electronic mail and other computer software.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own transportation is required for this role.
