Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen the Medicine Shoppe brand and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that engage key customer segments.
- Manage and oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, content, and collateral to support business development efforts.
- Monitor the competitive marketing landscape and identify benchmarks to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
- Audit and measure the performance of campaigns, activities, and tools to ensure ROI and optimize marketing efforts.
- 7+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in the areas of strategic and marketing program ROI analysis.
- Proven track record of leveraging all forms of brand expression.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
McKesson is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $78,600 - $131,000, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
